Cooking stage of the dish is also simple. Whisk thoroughly flour, milk and salt in a large bowl. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and add to the mixture and mix well. Add finely chopped parsley, spring onions and dill and mix well. Heat a crepe pan with a non-stick bottom on the stove. Add tablespoon of oil into the pan and heat. Put a ladle of the slick dough and spread it on the pan. Cook well by turning over and over. Cook the whole mixture in this way, adding a little oil to the pan each time. Serve hot. This dish is vegetarian.

Black Sea Kaygana traditionally served hot immediately after cooking and it goes well with the glass of wine or Black Sea Ayran or Black Sea Tea. Most often it is eaten as an appetiser  or as a snack.
